Order Cancellation

Once a data order is booked, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Refund policy we strictly adhere to a NO REFUND policy.

Why No Refunds?

All our products are digital files, including downloadable databases in Excel format. Once purchased, users can immediately access and download the product through the delivery page, orders page, and email. Digital products, once downloaded, cannot be returned or refunded.

Complaints & Disputes

We will not entertain any complaints or disputes more than 24 hours after the first download attempt. Clients are strongly advised to thoroughly check the data file at the time of delivery to ensure it meets their expectations.
